I am always curious if there is something out there that can make navigating life a little bit easier. Especially when it comes to my two children, both have ADHD, and my son has Autism. Within the last year, I have educated myself on essential oils, clean living, healthier foods, and substituting nutrients with oils or supplements when needed. Having a child with Autism is tricky. Routines that are easy for most children, become monumental struggles for a child who is wired a little bit differently. When I discovered a new study out of Ohio State University that involved essential oils and children with Autism, I just knew I had to share.
To the right, Jill Hollway, Ph.D., has launched a study at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s Nisonger Center to see if essential oils help children with autism sleep.
